    Your philosophy is so deeply rooted in your focus on children! You touch on so many critical features of teaching: role of teacher, classroom environment, classroom management, student needs, focusing on strengths, use of technology, and assessment and reflection. The theorists you cite support your views and add weight to your philosophy.
