Contributing an Idea
Hey guys one idea Stephanie and I would use if we had time to develop this whole unit in its entirity was the idea of use powerpoint as means for students to share their findings. Also powerpoint has a great program that allows you to make a game show. In my own class, we used the game show at the end of our costa rica study and the kids went crazy for it. With each question the kids were reminded of their experiences over the semester as well as all the information they had learned.

ReplyDeleteOh and here is fun website I found. Have not had a great deal of time to check it out, but it is yet another way to get kids trying out their social studies information.
